Elke D’hoker

Elke D’hoker is professor of English literature at KU Leuven, Belgium, where she is director of the Leuven Centre for Irish Studies. She is the author of Irish Women Writers and the Modern Short Story (Palgrave, 2016) and the editor or co-editor of several essay collections, including The Irish Short Story (Lang, 2015), Sarah Hall: Critical Perspectives (Gylphi, 2022) and The Modern Short Story and the Magazines, 1880–1950 (EUP, 2022).
