EMER O’TOOLE

Emer O' Toole is currently a researcher at Royal Holloway University of London, where her research is situated in the rich academic discourse surrounding intercultural theatre practice. She believes that the intercultural debate has at its core a concern with rights of representation and studies this through analyses of contemporary intercultural case studies – including Tim Supple’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Bisi Adigun and Roddy Doyle’s The Playboy of the Western World and Peter Brook’s 11&12.
