Emilia Saarelainen
Emilia Saarelainen is the innovation officer leading the Innovation Fellowship Programme and other innovation learning initiatives at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). With experience in supporting innovation globally in humanitarian and social change contexts, her recent work has had a focus on making innovation accessible and actionable for a wide range of individuals and teams to create and sustain cultures for innovation in organizations.
