Emma-Kate Matthews

Emma-Kate is an architect, artist and musician. She founded EKM Works in 2012; a multidisciplinary, solo practice which has exhibited work in the Royal Academy and has had work published by Wiley and Thames & Hudson. She currently teaches an MArch unit at the Bartlett School of Architecture – focused on the practice of designing through making. Emma-Kate is due to start a Ph.D. at the Bartlett School of Architecture in the summer of 2017, which will explore themes of site-specific musical composition, performance and spatial choreography.
