Emmanuel Mbede
Emmanuel Mbede is currently the director of the Institute for Training and Conservation of Audio-Visual Heritage (IFCPA: Institut de Formation et de Conservation du Patrimoine Audiovisuel), the main training school of the CRTV Cameroon Radio Television (the state national radio and television broadcasting house). He is a holder of a Ph.D. in information and communication sciences from the University of Lyon II (France). He had worked as a radio journalist, co-founded a daily newspaper and produced audio-visual materials. He was the director of TV antennas at CRTV. He is also a lecturer at the Higher School of Information and Communication Sciences and Techniques (ESSTIC) of the University of Yaoundé II. His skills include communication, culture, media and policy.
