Ev Delafose
Ev Delafose (they/them) is a writer and scholar who focuses on Black queer and trans art, design, fashion and culture. They earned their bachelor’s degree from Rice University where they majored in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in museums and cultural heritage studies. Afterwards, they earned their master’s degree from The New School, Parsons School of Design in fashion studies where their thesis focused on fat and transfeminine embodiment in the fashion system. Their current research focuses on Blackness, transness, representation and beingness.
