Eve Bennett

Eve Bennett is a member of the Institut de Recherche Médias, Cultures, Communication et Numérique at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris. Her research mainly focuses on representations of gender and representations of terrorism, security and conspiracy in science fiction television series. She is the author of a monograph based on her Ph.D., Gender in Post-9/11 American Apocalyptic TV: Representations of Masculinity and Femininity at the End of the World (Bloomsbury, 2019), and has published in journals such as Quarterly Review of Film and Video, Slayage: The International Journal of Buffy+, New Review of Film and Television Studies and Science Fiction Film and Television.
