Fernanda Castilho
Fernanda Castilho is a postdoctoral student at the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (ECA/USP). She is professor at the Centro Estadual Paula Souza (State Center Paula Souza), Fatec Barueri. She has a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Coimbra. She has taken part in several international research projects such as Digital Inclusion and Participation, UT Austin-Portugal and Ibero-American Observatory of Television Fiction (OBITEL). Her most recent research interests are gender and media, fandom studies, transmedia, new methodologies and popular culture.
