Florence Namasinga Selnes
Florence Namasinga Selnes, Ph.D., is an independent media and communication researcher and consultant. Until the end of 2018 she was a lecturer of journalism, media and communication at Makerere University in Uganda. Her research interests include journalism in relation to ICTs, media and democracy, social media, political communication, gender in relation to social media.
