Foivos Anastasiadis
Dr Foivos Anastasiadis is a research associate at the Centre for International Manufacturing (CIM) at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge, where he focuses on industrial systems and network analysis mainly related to the food sector, with an inter-disciplinary and holistic approach. He has a Ph.D. in supply chain management of organic food from Imperial College.
