Francesca Belotti
Francesca Belotti is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department CoRiS, Sapienza University of Rome (Italy). Her research, carried out between Europe and Latin America, focuses on alternative media practices of grassroots organizations, ranging from Indigenous communities to feminist and climate movements. She also investigates information and communication technology–related sexist and ageist stereotypes. Her work is published in New Media & Society, Ageing & Society, Violence against Women, Media, Culture & Society, Latin American Perspectives and Ethnicities, among others.
