Francesca Hawker
Francesca Hawker is an artist living in Scotland. Recent performances include No Bad Wednesdays at Voidoid Archive, Glasgow, and an ongoing ambient performance alongside Mary Hartley, Aled Haywood and James Finlay entitled Speed Cowboy. Recent collaborative performances with Astrid Newman include Circus Between Worlds by Zoe Walker and Neil Bromwich as part of Glasgow International, and Out of Left Field as part of the Edinburgh Art Festival. Her writing has been published most notably in this journal. Her band Bday Pres have played at Sneaky Pete’s, The Wee Red Bar, The Banshee Labyrinth, Edinburgh College of Art, Summerhall and The Jazz Bar, all Edinburgh. http://cargocollective.com/francescahawker
