Gearoid O’Brien
Gearoid O’Brien lectures on the professional master of education (PME) Programme in University College Cork in the Teaching of Civic, Social and Political Education (CSPE). He received his M.Ed. from University College Cork in 2006, and his MSc in educational research from the University of Exeter in 2019. His areas of interest include citizenship education, digital citizenship, media literacy and cultural capital.
