George Kenyon
George Kenyon received his BS in technology from the University of Houston in 1982, his MS in management science from Florida Institute of Technology in 1993 and his Ph.D. in production and operations management from Texas Tech University in 1997. Over the last four decades, he has acquired experience and knowledge in various aspects of aviation, manufacturing, business and engineering. His study and research activities have resulted in the publication of a book titled The Perception of Quality: Mapping Product and Service Quality to Customer Perceptions (Springer, 2014). This book discusses the nature of quality, its perception and improvement. Furthermore, he has published peer-reviewed papers in the International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, International Journal of Information Systems and Supply Chain, Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Journal of Marketing Channels, Journal of Case Studies in Accreditation and Assessment, Maritime Economics and Logistics and Quality Management Journal.
