Giacomo Toffano
Giacomo Toffano is a Ph.D. fellow of the Research Council–Flanders (FWO) and a member of ECHO, the research group on media, culture and politics at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. He obtained his M.Sc. in journalism and media (2020), and his research now focuses on hybridizations in migration narratives. He also holds an M.Sc. in political science (UNIPD, 2014) and has worked for five years as accredited parliamentary assistant at the European Parliament.
