Gilles Grolleau
Gilles Grolleau is a full professor at ESSCA School of Management (France). His main research interests include experimental methods and behavioural insights for a better understanding of human decisions and behaviours, including in the hospitality sector. His research interests also include strategies to promote prosocial behaviours and the strategic use of words in various contexts.
