Gilles Heno-Coe
Gilles Heno-Coe holds an MA in art history from the University of Texas at Austin, where he currently pursues a Ph.D. in modern and contemporary art history. He was previously associate director at Matthew Marks Gallery in New York, where he helped to organize several loan-based retrospective exhibitions, including shows of Brice Marden’s early drawings, the paintings of Luxembourger artist Michel Majerus, and the intimate landscapes and still lifes of the reclusive American painter Albert York.
