Glenn Dentice
Glenn Dentice is a senior lecturer in the School of Hospitality and Tourism within the faculty of Culture and Society at Auckland University of Technology. His interests are focused on future development of the food industry within New Zealand and its effects of management behaviours and customer expectations.
