Grace Schuchner
Grace Schuchner is a drama therapist and meditation and compassion certified teacher certified by the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley, trained teacher of mindful and self-compassion by the Center of Mindful and Self-Compassion. Grace is a pioneer of drama therapy in South America. She is responsible for introducing drama therapy at the UNCUYO University in Mendoza, Argentina. She has published the first drama therapy book in Argentina Dramaterapia: Teoría y Práctica (Letra Viva, 2017) with Domingo Ferrandis. Grace has published in the Routledge International Handbook of Dramatherapy (Routledge, 2016) the chapter ‘Meditation and dramatherapy’ and in the Routledge International Handbook of Play, Therapeutic Play and Play Therapy (Routledge, 2020), the chapter called ‘Lila: Teacher play through the eyes of a child’.
