Heather J. S. Birch
Heather J. S. Birch is a Ph.D. candidate at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. She has a BA in philosophy and religious studies, a B.Ed. and an MA in curriculum, teaching and learning. She has a Diploma in piano performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music and has taught private music lessons as well as elementary school music. Her research interests include collaborative music learning, inclusive arts teaching and knowledge media design.
