Huck Ying Ch’ng
Huck Ying Ch’ng (Ph.D., international communication) is a recently retired academic (medical condition) who previously was lecturer and deputy programme manager in the Department of Journalism at RMIT University, Australia. She researched and taught in the areas of citizenship and the governance of identity, ethnic minority media in Australia and inter-cultural/cross-cultural communication.
