Ian Morley
Ian Morley is an assistant professor of History at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has published work on late-1800s and early-1900s urban designing in Britain, its colonial cities, e.g. Dublin and Rangoon, and the impact of American city planning in the Philippines.
