Irina Swain
Irina Swain is the educational technology consultant in the Foreign Languages and Literatures Department at East Carolina University and holds the Doctor of Education degree from Moscow State University. Her articles written in both English and Russian on ESL methodology regarding the use of mass media and technology in language teaching have been published in Russian journals. Her research interests include educational technology, digital humanities and cultural intelligence.
