Issam Tlemsani

Issam Tlemsani is a professor of finance. He has lectured in the United Kingdom and GCC countries. He has provided advisory services to international banks and governments, and his expertise includes higher education quality assurance, working with organizations such as QAA, CAA, BQA, AACSB and HEC. Prof. Tlemsani has played a key role in designing and implementing graduate programmes, including Ph.D. and MBA degrees. He has authored over 100 publications in top-tier finance journals and has received numerous research awards. His research focuses on areas such as macroprudential analysis, fintech, digital currency, zakat, wealth tax, financial assets, Islamic finance, sustainable finance and the UN sustainable development goals.
