Ivy M. Fofie
Ivy Fofie is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon. Her research interests merge at the intersections of journalism, critical and cultural media, gender, race, ethnicity, class and sexuality. Her current research seeks to write women in local language media in Ghana into feminist media history by examining the content of their programming. She is also interested in the political economy of media women’s radio programming in rural communities.
