Jaclyn Kelly
Jaclyn Kelly (EdM, ABD) specializes in research and evaluation studies designed to measure and improve program effectiveness. A twenty-year veteran of helping nonprofits maximize their impact with clients, she is a senior researcher at New York City Labor Market Information Service at the CUNY Graduate Center, as well as the founder of J.U.M.P Evaluation and co-founder of genARISE. Jaclyn is trained in the Co-Active® model of leadership coaching and is an adjunct faculty member at CUNY, and Long Island University, Brooklyn.
