Jamila Rodrigues

Jamila Rodrigues is a professional dancer based in South Africa. She completed a Ph.D. in dance anthropology and Sufism studies at the Dance Department at Roehampton University, London. Jamila is currently working on a postdoctoral research proposal in embodied Muslim identity and sensorial practice within the context of Islam, Sufism and Muslim communities in Nepal.
