Jan Torge Claussen
Jan Torge Claussen is a postdoc researcher and media artist. His research interests include sound studies, gamification, digital education and experimental music interfaces. He is currently head of the Digital Didactics Lab at the Centre of Teacher Education and visiting scholar for sound studies at the Institute of Culture and Aesthetics of Digital Media, both at the Leuphana University Lüneburg and holds a teaching position in the international Digital Media study programme at Hamburg Media School. In 2019, he completed his Ph.D. on ‘Music as game: Guitar games in digital music education’ at the Institute of Media, Theatre and Popular Culture at the University of Hildesheim.
