Jaume Ferrete-Vázquez
Jaume Ferrete-Vázquez is an artist and independent researcher who works with the notion of ideologies of voice through performance, sound works, listening sessions, archives, workshops, conversations and websites. He collaborates internationally with art institutions and universities such as Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona, Secession in Vienna, the Museo Universitario Arte Contemporáneo in Ciudad de México, Universidad Iberoamericana, University of Barcelona, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and others. His work has gained many recognitions such as the Leonardo Grants to Researchers and Cultural Creators or an artistic stay from the Mexican Agency for International Cooperation and Development, among many others.
