Jeffrey B. Grubbs
Dr Jeffrey B. Grubbs is an art educator, exhibiting artist and arts administrator. He is a tenured art professor at West Liberty University, WV. There, he is the graduate and undergraduate art education programme director, teaching art education and art history courses. Also, he is a senior graduate adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University, teaching several graduates art education and art history courses. Grubbs enjoys researching topics such as art education history, teacher belief research, theological aesthetics, visual and material culture studies and motivation theory. He was a peer reviewer for National Art Education Association’s Art Education magazine from 2014 to 2017 and an editorial board member for Visual Inquiry journal since its first printing in 2012. He became the president of the West Virginia Art Education Association in 2023.
