Jeffrey L. Birdsell
Jeff Birdsell is a professor of organizational communication at Point Loma Nazarene University. His research focuses on the ways organizations are brought to life by members, stories and artefacts in the performance of organizational routines. Sport organizations and their mediation are of particular interest in his work as he teaches and researches them by day and, by night, performs as a mascot for a professional sport organization. He hopes to continue combining these interests through research on and performance in, the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
