Jelena Bogdanović
Jelena Bogdanović is an Associate Professor at Iowa State University and specializes in cross-cultural and religious themes in architecture of the Balkans and Mediterranean. She is author of The Framing of Sacred Space: The Canopy and the Byzantine Church (Oxford University Press, 2017), editor of Perceptions of the Body and Sacred Space in Late Antiquity and Byzantium (Routledge, 2018), co-editor with Jessica Joyce Christie and Eulogio Guzmán of Political Landscapes of Capital Cities (University Press of Colorado, 2016) and with Lilien Filipovitch Robinson and Igor Marjanović of On the Very Edge: Modernism and Modernity in the Arts and Architecture of Interwar Serbia (1918–1941) (Leuven University Press, 2014).
