Jenna Hubbard

Jenna Hubbard is a senior lecturer and programme leader for the BA (Hons) Dance course at De Montfort University. Jenna’s professional practice, teaching and research work are all underpinned by the models of co-creation, participation and play; all areas of interest within Jenna’s master’s degree work in community dance from the University of Roehampton. As a performer, Jenna has worked extensively with Spiltmilk Dance, Rosemary Lee, Tim Casson and Friends, and has collaborated with Lily Hayward-Smith on several projects. Jenna’s and Adele’s interests in improvised movement centres around collaborative ways of working, to seek non-hierarchical, interdisciplinary research and performance practices.
