Jeremy Kerr

Dr Jeremy Kerr is a senior lecturer for the visual communication programme and a design practitioner with over twenty years of industry experience. Jeremy’s research focus lies in exploring and developing design and design frameworks to advance community capacity building and self-advocacy. His current research includes design-led initiatives in mental health and well-being, intercultural design, children’s health and nutrition, and the disability sector. A core aspect of his work is applying co-design methodologies to foster collaboration and include stakeholders’ authentic voices and creative input in design solutions.
