Jeremy Segall, MA, RDT, LCAT, is the Senior Director of System Performance Improvement for the NYC Health + Hospitals enterprise. He has been in private practice as a life and career coach for the past ten years. Appointed faculty at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and certified as a lean management facilitator and TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer. Currently, NADTA eastern region representative.
