Jerónimo Arellano

Jerónimo Arellano is an Assistant Professor of Latin American Literature and Culture at Brandeis University. He is the author of Magical Realism and the History of the Emotions in Latin America (Bucknell University Press, 2015). He is currently working on a book on new forms of screenwriting emerging in Latin America during the 1960s and 1970s entitled Reading Screenplays: Experimental Screenwriting, New Wave Cinemas, and the Latin American Boom.
