Jesse Rathgeber
Jesse Rathgeber, Ph.D., is assistant professor of music education at Augustana College. His research explores issues of disability, contemporary approaches and teacher development. He is a 2019 modern band higher education fellow, chair-elect for the NAfME Popular Music Education SRIG and co-convenor of the Disability Studies and Music Education Symposium.
