Jessica Dieleman
Jessica Dieleman is currently pursuing an M.Ed. in teaching and learning at Brock University in St. Catharines, ON, Canada. Her research area focuses on democratic curriculum and the narrative voices of minoritized youth. She is inspired by the drive of hooks’s ‘Engaged Pedagogy’ and its goal of breaking down long established, oppressive barriers within the realm of education.
