Jesus M. Benitez-Baleato

Jesus M. Benitez-Baleato (Ph.D. in political science, informatics) specializes in the application of computational methods to support scientific inquiry and policy analysis. He regularly shares his research through FAIR repositories and peer-reviewed publications such as Science. Dr Baleato has contributed to the global digitalization policy-making process, with an emphasis on privacy, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Positions he has held include research associate and postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS), Martin Associate at the Oxford University Cybersecurity Capacity Centre and Civil Society Council representative for the OECD Committee on the Digital Economy Policy.
