Jieun Misa Kwon
Jieun Kwon, with a BA in Psychology and Visual Arts from Columbia University, M.S. in Business from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. in human factors from the University of Minnesota, is currently working as a design thinking facilitator and researcher at Samsung, South Korea. Jieun has an interest in user experience design, human-centred design methods, as well as design thinking methods and is conducting research in the following topics: artificial intelligence in human resources, corporate design thinking, design thinking digitalization, ideation methods and design education.
