Jill Holland
Jill Holland is passionate about the contribution that music, particularly singing, can make in the lives of children and those who care for them, as singing promotes a sense of belonging and shared joy. She is trained in classical singing and Kodaly music pedagogy, and has a strong interest in facilitating music for families and professional learning for educators. She has been a co-researcher in an early childhood music education programme that empowered educators to develop their own music programmes, by sharing their musical cultural identities, and fostered musical attunement with the children. Jill has tutored in early childhood music education, and mentors preservice teachers on professional experience for Macquarie University and The University of Sydney.
