John D. Schwetman

John D. Schwetman teaches English in the Department of English, Linguistics and Writing Studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he specializes in twentieth-century US and world literatures. He has recently published an article on Kazuo Ishiguro’s Never Let Me Go and book chapters on American authors John Steinbeck and Ernest Hemingway. He is currently working on a book on regionalism in the twentieth-century US road novel, addressing works by John Steinbeck, Jack Kerouac, Zora Neale Hurston and Vladimir Nabokov.
