Joseph D. Bryan

Joseph D. Bryan is an assistant professor of history at Montana State University Billings, where he teaches courses on the scientific revolution, the Enlightenment, race and slavery in the Atlantic world and an international history of punk rock. He earned a Ph.D. in early-modern French history from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (2016) and has published in the journals L’Esprit Créateur and Contributions to the History of Concepts.
