Joyce Tsitsi Mhiripiri
Joyce Tsitsi Mhiripiri is a lecturer in the Department of Business Management at Midlands State University in Gweru, Zimbabwe. She is interested in how entrepreneurship is actually done by small entrepreneurs in the context of various government policies and the effect of policy inconsistencies on small businesses. This research was partly funded by the Zimbabwe Culture Fund.
