Judy Willcocks
Judy Willcocks is the head of Museum & Study Collection at Central Saint Martins (CSM), a member of the teaching staff on CSM’s MA Culture, Criticism and Curation and a senior research fellow with an interest in museology, archives, curation and object-based learning. Mobilizing material culture for socially just and equitable purposes is at the heart of Judy’s professional practice. In 2012, she was a co-founder of the Share Academy programme exploring how universities collaborate with museums and the wider cultural heritage sector. More recently, she has developed a research interest in how object-led social prescribing activities and art and design pedagogy have the capacity to contribute to the health and well-being agenda.
