Jukka Sihvonen
Jukka Sihvonen, professor emeritus of film studies at the University of Turku, has published several books (mostly in Finnish) on different film genres (children’s films, war movies) and film theory. His most recent book, Mieluummin en (‘I would prefer not to’) (Eetos, 2020), is about the aesthetics and ethics of resistance.
