Julie Mejse Münter Lassen

Julie Mejse Münter Lassen, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral researcher in media studies, Aarhus University, Denmark. Her research interests include public service media and the transition from traditional broadcast media to on-demand services, and how this transition affects the organizations, their publication practices and the media texts. In her Ph.D. dissertation Lassen studied the development of the television channel portfolio of the Danish public service broadcaster DR in a period characterized by channel proliferation. Lassen is currently affiliated with the international CHANSE-funded project ‘Public Service Media in the Age of Platforms’ (https://psm-ap.com/, grant no. 0257-00009B).
