Julie Scharf
Julie Scharf is a costume designer and writer based in Brooklyn, New York. Graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, she earned a Bachelor of Humanities and Arts in drama and creative writing. She furthered her education by studying in London at Central Saint Martins as a member of their Performance Design & Practice programme. With her costumes, she aims to materialize the surreal through texture. Her strength lies in her ability to conjure images through direct prose and then bring those descriptions into three dimensions.
