Justine Nabaggala
Dr Justine Nabaggala is an associate editor of this journal (Art, Design & Communication in Higher Education [ADCHE]). She has diverse professional experience in art, design, pedagogy/andragogy, programme development and accreditation. She is currently a consultant in education with JENL Consulting Group Ltd. Justine has offered professional services in programme development and accreditation to the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST). Before joining UDST as a faculty, Dr Nabaggala was head of department and lecturer in the Department of Visual Communication at Kyambogo University. Justine has made scholarly contributions in some of the ADCHE-published journal series. She continues to express and communicate her reflective thoughts and feelings of situations through both article publications and visual art. To her, the visual arts bring out the true self of persons and provide justification for of what purpose they are to society. Therefore, this guides her art practice, echoes the empowerment of practitioners through visual expressions and validates individual self-worth within given contexts.
