Karen Gray
Karen Gray is a researcher with a particular interest in how we value arts, health and wellbeing work and the effects on and for cultural participation of inequalities relating to ageing and health. Her recently-completed doctoral study explored the challenges of evaluating arts activities for people living with dementia. During the pandemic she has been conducting research with the Centre for Cultural Value at the University of Leeds (UK) to understand the impacts of COVID-19 on the cultural sector as well as working on a review of older people's cultural participation with the University of Bristol (UK). Karen is also a freelance arts evaluator.
